Before claiming on your insurance, speak to Smarteeze
We are more than happy to carry out insurance work, whether
claiming off your own, or a third party accident repair claim. We have our own Accident Management company, Qdos who oversee the whole repair process and should be contacted in the first instance, NOT your insurance company.
Please do not think you have to be told by your insurance company where your
vehicle bodywork is repaired. The reality is, that it is only a service you're being offered ( and not a very good one) and are under no obligation to use it...it's YOUR car and YOUR money pays the premium. All tactics to scare you
eg. "no guarantee", "no hire car" for 3rd party claims, "you'll have to pay the excess" are untrue...we offer exactly the same. You will also have your own car back in a fraction of the time (2/4 days on average). With a large accident repair centre, the longer you're in their hire car, the more they can charge the insurance company.
